Magmate Range

Description

Magmate Range

Magmate machines are based on inverter technology that gives you increased duty cycles at higher amperages and infinite voltage control. The added volt and amp meters will now accurately display the selected welding parameters.

All the machines are still fitted with a universal torch connector, resulting in torch connection flexibility. The machine is fitted with a wire inch control, adding to its already long list of safety features. The wire feed speed selector switch adds to the versatility required to feed thin (0.6 mm) solid wires at high speeds.

The power source is fitted with unique ‘wire sharpening’ technology, preventing ball formation at the tip of the wire. This ensures positive arc start without the normal occurance of spatter.

Magmate machines are designed as general purpose welders and are suitable for a wide range of operations, including large industrial applications through to smaller welding applications. Magmate has the backing of a national network of distribution and after sales service.

  • MagMate 180P

    Magmate 180P

The MagMate 180P offers infinite voltage and inductance control for optimum control of welding parameters. That means welding is easier than ever with a MagMate. Inverter technology also means this machine is smaller and even more portable, weighing only 20 kg.

  • MagMate Pro 200

    Magmate 200P

Increased duty cycle (50% @ 200A) makes this machine ideal for more continuous welding applications. Combined with the higher amps, the welding of stainless steel materials up to 6 mm thick in the spray transfer mode is now possible (i.e. less spatter).

  • MagMate Pro 250

    Magmate 250P

The MagMate PRO’s inverter technology gives you increased duty cycles at higher amperages and infinite voltage control. That means welding is easier than ever with a MagMate PRO. We’ve also added lots of new features like volt and ampere meters, that accurately display your selected parameters.
